Hi Yogi's, I hope your Thursday is going well 💚
I have made the decision to stop my Thursday Yoga class for the rest of the year, reassess and make a new plan in the New year.. the "book in" system hasnt worked so well and quite frankly it's not something I like to ask peeps to do as I feel everyone should be able to come when they feel they want to, and not feel pressured to commit but unfortunately the distance for me to travel to teach class is greater now and that is the controlling factor. Anyhow this year has been a Poo sandwich for everyone and I think we all just need a good summer break 💃🏖🍹🌞... So on that note I'd like to thank all my beautiful Yogi's that have come along this year, I have loved sharing my yoga with you all and I look forward to sharing more with you in the New Year, but for now it is time to breath 🙌💜 Namaste 🙏🏻Deb x
