Well hello AF gang - how the bloody hell are we?! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and you’re enjoying the start of 2026.

Like a lot of people, we sort of feel like 2025 chewed us up and spat us out 🫠 so we’ve spent the past two weeks having a proper break and gently easing our way back into gym things.

This is our last week of reduced hours - swipe right for the full schedule. From Monday, 12 January, we’ll be back to our usual timetable 🙌

We’re looking forward to reconnecting with you all over the next couple of weeks!

Rudolph and his red nose 🫎 is galloping towards us, which means life is about to get CRAZY BIZAY for lots of people. The kids are finishing up at school (like ridiculously early this year?!), work deadlines will get tighter, and every wo(man) and their dog wants to “catch up” before the🎄And all of this usually involves more 🍝, more 🥂and less time in your day to exercise.

So, here are our tips and tricks for making life easier as we speed towards the end of 2025 (while still prioritising your health and fitness) 💪

Sometimes you read or hear something that completely changes your perspective - and for me, it was this. Sure, you can set goals or sign up for an event which both have an endpoint (and they’re a great way to build momentum or push you outside your comfort zone). But neither of those will make you fit and strong for the rest of your life. When you drop the deadline, you drop the guilt and expectations - and that’s where you find consistency.

Not many people ever dream of going to the Arctic 🥶 Fewer actually do it. Michelle ticked off a top-tier bucket list item this year, completing 100km of kayaking over 10 days with Woman for Woman International 🇬🇧!The aim of the trip was to raise 💵 for the UK charity that supports 👩 across 17 countries post war and civil unrest. Michelle says: “It was an amazing challenge that I couldn’t have done without . The variety of training prepared me well for all the challenges we faced over the 10 days - over 100km of kayaking, not to mention hauling kayaks in and out of the water every day, then walking for miles to find fresh water.”
