Hi everyone, February short course starting Friday 3rd Feb for four weeks at Takapuna Aquatic Centre - last day Friday 24 Feb. Casual attendance welcomed for any of the four classes.

$20/class or $65 for the 4 classes. AnteNatal Aqua classes will then recommence in April.

Carmels Ante Natal Aqua AnteNatal Aqua classes with Carmel Barnao for pregnant women on the North Shore, Auckland. Pregnancy exercise is good for you, which means it is good for your baby.
