You can watch a first dive a hundred times and still hold your breath with them. Knees bent, fingertips touching, head tucked - and then the courage to fall forward and trust the water.
Diving is one of those skills that looks simple from the side of the pool and feels enormous from the edge of it.
We break it down piece by piece - body position, head placement, where the hands go in first. Until the whole thing clicks.
