Mission Bay Tennis Club

The 4th and final round of the Calimero Challenge ran last night, with again perfect weather. Congrats to Doug, Felipe, Lisa and Shameel for winning a close contest, and also to Danielle and Gene for winning the draws for the Double Daisy competition.
Thanks to Mark for organising the evening, and yet again to Alana for organising the food, taking the payments , etc, etc. And of course to Jeremy and Calimero Pizza for their support.

Calimero Challenge round 3 saw lots of close battles between the teams again, with the team of Sese (not pictured), Danielle, Sandy and Yulia coming out top - well played! Thanks to Alana and barbecue chief Gene for the delicious burgers 🍔. Final round and the big draw for the Double Daisy jackpot next week!

Thanks to Mairangi Bay Tennis Club for hosting us today for a 24-a-side bumper social match. Lots of good tennis and close games under blazing sunshine, with Mission Bay just taking home the cup 🏆

Winter is coming!
Winter interclub that is. And we have a record number of womens teams entered this year. Thanks to Geo for organising and sending to Tennis Auckland. First match is Sunday 7 June.
