Same flow, new home
How to find us, where to park, and what stays the same
As promised, here are some more details about our new home at 110 Mount Eden Road. I've tried to cover lots here, but no need to remember everything. I'll send reminders and updates closer to the move too.
Key dates
Friday 30 October: Our last day at Morningside
Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November: Moving days. (No member access)
Monday 2 November: We open our new doors at 110 Mt Eden Rd.
Getting here
110 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden (view on the map)
By car:
I know some of you live close by and will enjoy the walk. If you'll be driving in, there's lots of free car parking nearby on the side streets and heading up the hill, about a 1-minute walk from our front door. There's also a car park with free 90-minute spaces just around the corner. Please note, the street parking directly at 110 Mount Eden Road is metered and costs $2 per hour.
By bus or train:
The nearest train station is the brand new Maungawhau train station, and the nearest bus station is the Esplanade Road stop, about a 2-minute walk away.
Getting in
We will send you a reminder closer to opening day with full access details, including pictures, so it will be easy for you to find us. And we'll be there to welcome you in and show you around too.
Your classes and bookings
Our group fitness timetable and opening hours will be very similar, so you can keep the sessions you love in your week. And we have more planned too that we can't wait to tell you about.
The booking process on our website will stay the same, and your membership or class pass moves with you. There's nothing you need to do.
Your instructors
All the Vitality Lab instructors are moving with us, so you'll see the same faces and get the same warm welcome and expert guidance.
What's waiting for you
A warm, light-filled space with views of the mountain.
A kitchen where you can make yourself a coffee, on us, and a courtyard for some sunshine before or after your session.
The training and healing experiences you're used to: gym access, group fitness classes, personal training and healing sessions, plus some new recovery treats to try.
