Massive congratulations to all our athletes who competed at the over the weekend. making her competition debut coming away with a 2nd place in the beginners division, taking the top seed in beginners division, putting on a show and coming away with a gold 1st place in advance, and our amazing Buns & Guns team - ipse_79 .a.manda placing 2nd in the intermediate section. Super proud of everyone and so awesome to watch you all out there. Excited for each and everyone of you for what’s to come over the next couple months. @ Manukau Sports Bowl

Special mention to Renegade Performance for our affiliate program. So good to have skills/tech pieces to give not only our members a chance to learn and progress through movements, but our trainers to be able to breakdown and give good cues on gymnastics movements during class.

Highlight of the weekend for the crew as we competed in our first CrossFit competition together with our Empire whanau. Thank you for putting on an awesome event. It was amazing to watch everyone of different strengths and abilities come together to thrown down with grit and determination hand in hand 🙌🏽 This kicks-off our season with the lead up to The Open commencing this week!
