FEBRUARY BOOTCAMP
(4 Weeks💪)
4 x sessions / duration 40mins - 1hr
Start (Feb 3rd) - End (Feb 24th)
Location: Panmure Basin (skate ramp side)
What else is included?
• Professional Consultation
Note: First session (Feb 3rd) May take an hour, as we will be conducting a consultation(Zone heart rate checks etc, Identifying any injuries that may restrict you from successfully performing certain exercises etc etc etc.. )
• Nutrition plan (MUST HAVE, to ensure no one gets left behind!)
• Proper Bootcamp Training Equipment
• Make new friends
• Training under a Certified and experienced Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
All for a total of ONLY $250 per person or be one of the first 8 people to register and only pay $200 each! (*Read that again*) THERE ARE ONLY MAX OF 12 SPOTS AVAILABLE, so be in quick!
MUST Pay in advance.
Will not be accepting any payments made 1 week prior to start date(Feb 3rd). Payment options will be disclosed upon email registration.

Idk who needs to hear this but… There’s a reason why celebrities, fitness professionals, sports athletes and even health fitness experts hire Personal Trainers.
There’s absolutely no way after how many decades of being sedentary and obese and putting your body in a deconditioned state that you think you’re gunna turn around in number of weeks and lose weight once and for all. If it took you years to put it on, it will take you years to lose the weight AAAND more years to keep it off. There’s no quick fix with this pal. Humble yourself, get a personal trainer. You think you know what you’re doing, but let me tell you, I can only speak for us Trainers in NZ you don’t know more than CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS. We are the experts. There’s so many levels to this. Not everything is found on google or on YouTube. There’s no one size fits all.
Ps: I no longer do personal training, I only Train Community Groups. Otherwise, get yourself a personal trainer, there’s many out there! You won’t regret it. Get after it!

This should go without saying. If you take short cuts, you will get cut short. If YOU don’t learn the easy way, you will learn the hard way.
Losing weight takes time….. You lose weight fast, you will gain it back faster and YOU will be heavier than you were prior to losing that weight.
