Massive congratulations to Coach Robyn on competing at the 2026 World Masters Weightlifting Championships in Greece! 🇬🇷🏋️‍♀️

What an achievement.

Robyn stepped onto the world stage in the W35 61kg category and finished with a 64kg sn**ch, 80kg clean & jerk and a 144kg total!

But the numbers are only part of it. Setting yourself a goal like this, committing to the training, showing up through all the hard days and eventually getting to stand on a platform at a World Championships is something pretty special.

We’ve seen how much work Robyn has put into getting herself here, and seeing that goal become a reality is bloody awesome.

World Masters done Rob! What an experience and what an achievement. We’re incredibly proud of you! ❤️

Still buzzing from NZ Champs 2026 ❤️‍🔥

So proud of every 312 athlete who stepped onto that competition floor and did hard things.

Extra special seeing Stacey, Barnsie and Vili take on the big stage for the first time — putting themselves out there, backing themselves and getting it done. 💪

And huge love to Coaches Tish and Lucas for walking the talk. They spend so much time pushing, encouraging and supporting our members, so it was pretty cool seeing them out there competing and doing the hard stuff too. 🫶

Then there’s everyone behind the athletes — our coaches, support crew, family and friends who showed up across the weekend, cheered loudly and made sure our people knew they weren’t doing it alone.

Big shoutout to NZ Champs for putting on such a professional, well-run weekend and giving athletes an awesome stage to compete on.

Very proud of our athletes. Even more proud of the community around them. 💜

Happy end of Tongan Language Week 🇹🇴❤️

Today’s WOD was inspired by Mark Latu, Andi’s old coach from the CrossFit 275 days, who’s now doing work around introducing CrossFit in Tonga 🇹🇴

Mark reckons Tongans don’t like gymnastics… so naturally, barbell only 😂
He also said anything over 20 reps and Tongans are apparently prone to not finishing — so we kept everything at 20 😭

Andi changed the workout a little… and somehow we ended up with 6 rounds.

Such a good morning at 312 today 🌈🔥

We had some of the Rainbow Games crew join us for a little taste of the Functional Fitness event coming up on 31 October.

Today’s WOD was a mash-up of Workout 1 Pink Pony Club and Workout 3 Bad Romance — with a few extra spicy bits thrown in for good measure 😂

Safe to say it was a hot one… but the good news is, today’s version was actually harder than what you’ll see at Rainbow Games 😮‍💨

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, got stuck in and made our guests feel welcome. The vibes were unreal from start to finish — including the Zumba cool-down to finish things off 💃😂

This is what we love about 312 — good people, good energy and a little bit of suffering together. 💜🌈
