We are part of New Zealand team showcasing Aikido this Sunday 12 November as part of the Japan and New Zealand Budo Cultural Exchange Programme.
Multiple Japanese budo from both New Zealand and Japan will be demonstrating our arts with the showcase live streamed.
This has been organised in association with the Budokan in Japan and is the first time this has been done with New Zealand.

We're going to be demonstrating as part of a NZ Japan Embu that is organised with the Budokan in Japan. There will be demonstrations of Aikido, Karate, Kendo, Judo, Shorinji Kempo and other martial arts from practitioners in Japan and NZ. It's happening on Sunday 12 November and will be live streamed. We're very excited and honoured to be part of this.

I'm going to have a go at running the Dojo Facebook. I'm a complete novice but in memory of David ( who ironically wasn't a FB user) I'm keen to be a bit more active.

Our next Introduction to aikido course will be begin on 01.05.2018 at the Auckland dojo 38 Monmouth St, Grey Lynn, Auckland. Course times are 19:00-20:30 and costs are $50 for three evenings.
