It’s time for our first 4 week intro programme in our new space.
4:30pm Tuesday starting tomorrow May 3rd.
Over the 4 week programme you will get acquainted with all the pilates apparatus, including but not limited to the reformer. This is the most cost effective way to get started with pilates at The Pilates Workshop. Now located in Te Atatu South.
