Check out the new NetballSmart Landing Skills Video from Tayla Earle. Landing Skills are essential exercises to put into training sessions to improve performance out on the court. Increase the challenge by adding cones and hurdles for distance and height however remember that the focus is on the quality of the landing movement rather than the height of the jump. Currently out in front is St. Peter's College Auckland on 34 points, followed closely by Sacred Heart College, Auckland on 31 points. Baradene College of the Sacred Heart is sitting in third place on 21 points, followed by ACG Parnell College on 17 points.

Thanks to everyone who has participated so far! We’ve had entries from 43 schools across Auckland from Orewa to Pukekohe to Massey to Waiheke. Keep them coming!
