Weekly schedule βοΈ
Cardio this week has boxing bag work in the Friday workout and good bit of variety over the other 3 cardio days π
Strength update - We are entering week 3 of a 6 week cycle. A few adjustments with some exercises and new movements in.
The reps will be lower and we are doing 5 sets per exercise for the next 3 weeks πͺ
