Congratulations to our captain courageous, Wyllis Maihi, on being selected in the Auckland Rugby League Sharman Team of the Year.

This is an award built on consistent performance across the season, and Wyllis has been exactly that for us, week in, week out. Those within our team have seen his impact all year, and to see that recognized by Auckland Rugby League is well deserved. Wyllis stood out through moments of individual brilliance, scoring tries through skill, effort, and determination. But just as often, it was the work that doesn’t always show on the scoreboard, tough carries, defensive grind, and the willingness to put his hand up for whatever the team needed. Even when his body was under pressure, Wyllis kept competing with toughness, resilience, and commitment to his teammates. As captain, he led by example on and off the field, setting standards through his actions, composure, and accountability. A respected leader, a fierce competitor, and a thoroughly deserving Team of the Year selection. Congratulations, Wyllis Well Deserved

Whilst it may not be our game it is our people 🐻

A massive congratulations to our neighbouring Kelston Boys High School on their success in winning the 1A Rugby Final.
Taking on a season undefeated Auckland Grammar they proved not only their worth but their skill and dedication.
The Keli team is also stacked with Glenora players and families.
Out of 22 players 13 have all played and are still involved within our Club.

Special mention to Benji Wichman, Satali Fretton, Zak Schramm and Maddox Bernard for their dominating performances.

We salute you and for reminding everyone that West is Best 🫡 🐻💙

Glenora supporting growth and opportunities. Connor from u8 Rauhi playing up two grades for the u10 Boss Bears today.

We are a club where we support one another.
If a teams short there’s always someone willing to step in, if a team has a bye they still show up to support other grades and games. There was even a huge contingent of Bears at the Kelston 1A rugby final today.

Passion, Pride, Respect 🐻💙
