I know it's been a while. I have a proposition for everyone. It's JUST an idea, but you tell me...

A new kickball season where we play fortnightly, fees would halve and you could use your old tee or buy a new one for $10.
It would start around Halloween. I already have a full team waiting in the wings, if I can get a season going.

Teams of 5 players face off in games only 15 minutes long. Ages 15+ welcome.

Here at ASSC HQ, we've been debating two potential indoor sports to put on this winter season: Indoor kickball or 5-a-side baseball.

The games would be on Sundays in Northcote, from midday. The fee for the season would be $80 per player.

Our very first Easter dress up! Well done you crazy kids

Don't forget that today is Easter Dress up day! It's the last game of the season, so being your brightest attitude and most creative get ups. Remember anyone age 10 and up can play today. We're just going to have the BEST time ever! We vote for best dressed at New Brew after the games. Yes, gameS. On top of Kickball, we're doing an egg relay race. There's a prize for that a well. I can't wait to see what kind of 'crazy' you all bring tonight. I'll see you at 615 on the field!!!

We didn’t get any photos of the kickball area, but we did find a couple cool hills to play on as well. The kickball field was a huge success as well. So many kids from Orewa Primary showed up. We had a blast!!!

Slip n' Slide Kickball is just like softball, only with a big ole ball you kick instead - and the bases are kiddie pools you slide into! All ages welcome.
