A huge congratulations to Kris Clyma for receiving a HPNC Service Award last night 👏🏽

Kris has made an incredible contribution to netball in our community over many years - as a player, official and professional umpire. Her dedication to the game is something truly special, and her impact has been felt by so many across the netball whānau.

Kris and her whānau have been long-standing, foundational members of our club, with her journey at Waka beginning back in 1992. Today, she continues to give back as an executive member of our committee, bringing her knowledge, experience, and deep passion for the sport.

We are so proud to have you as part of our Waka whānau, Kris. This recognition is so well deserved ❤️🖤 Ngā mihi nui ki a koe, Kris – ka mau te wehi!

Trials are happening this Thursday at Howick Pakuranga Netball Centre, and we’d love to see you there!

If you're new, and have been looking to join netball or you’re looking for a great club with a strong sense of community, come along and check out Waka Netball Club!

Junior Trials (Yr 5 - Yr 8)
🗓 Thursday ⏰ 5:00pm – 6:30pm

College / Senior Trials
🗓 Thursday ⏰ 6:30pm – 8:00pm

How to prepare / What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Appropriate shoes for netball
• A warm jersey
• A positive attitude and your best game!

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and ready to start on time.

Trials will include some warm-ups, skill drills and short games so players have a chance to show their abilities and work with different combinations.
