A lot has happened in the last 2wks - Magic Round.... First Origin not to mention NRL and our own games.

Kings Birthday weekend saw the Mens Prems go down in a top of the table clash with Hibiscus Coast - the score doesnt reflect the game as we had our moments, but the boys from the Coast showed the standard & urgency needed to be a contender in the Sharman Cup.....if you were watching or know the game you would've seen that we were one pass or one error away from the momentum swing needed.

Our Prems Womens team also went down after a strong start and leading at half time, to a strong finishing Leopards team.

Again big shout out the those faithful that turn up and support all our teams week in and week out win lose or draw!

Great day for the Hawks Topsides today!

Women finishing a thriller vs Mt Albert with the last kick to take the win today 32 - 30 ! Well done to our wahine!

The mens permiers also came out with the dub vs old rivals Manurewa Marlins who brought the usual physicality we expect from the South - good win lads .....no doubt the coaching staff will work on a few things as they build towards the business end of the season!

10 - 6 Half time - Otara leads.

Prayers and all the best to the brother from Otara who had a nasty concussion and taken away by the ambulance.

A reminder fam - its a competitive game but at the end of the day we all part of our league family. Get well uso and hope to see you running it back.
