What’s S/M and RPM?
S/M = Strokes per minute
RPM = Revolutions per minute
Both measure how fast you’re moving;
S/M is used for rowing or ski erg, while RPM is used for cycling or the assault bike.
The higher your S/M or RPM, the faster and harder you’re working.
It means more power output, higher heart rate, and more calories burned 🏋🏽♂️
But remember! it’s not just about going fast!
Focus on control, consistency, and technique to get the best results.
