No this is not a ghost posting 😂
Given the sudden abundance of free time most of us have, it might not be a bad idea to meet some fitness goals we've been putting off for a few weeks/months/years.
I'll go first, given I'm a qualified PT I'm embarrassed to admit I've let myself get to the point that I have man b***s and love handles and put on 20kg. But it is what it is and what better time to sort that than when I've got a few spare weeks of not much to do lol.
Comment if you want to share you goals, or if you've got any questions about what workouts you can do without any equipment. I'm happy to share the current basic workout I've incorporated into my daily walk if anyone is interested.
And no I'm not going to charge anyone for any info/workouts etc. I'm fortunate enough to be paid by my employer in the meantime, so why not offer something free to people that are struggling at this time, and what better gift than something that has so many benefits mentally and physically.

Perfect video to watch when lacking motivation. I've been sick for the last few days but after watching this I've got to at least get up and go for a walk or something.
If people missing limbs can smash out stuff like this why can't you make that first step to getting fit and losing weight. If you're interested I know someone that can help lol
Some proof that I have actually been training haha. Anyone that knows anything about striking will be able to pick apart the many things I am doing wrong (that left hand is sitting way too low when it's not being used for starters) but that's not the point. A few weeks ago I felt like crap physically and mentally, was way overweight and my fitness level was about that of the comic book guy in the Simpsons. Here I am a few weeks later down 7kg and feeling much better than I did before I got back to training. The point is I'm back and the hardest part was getting started. Even if you dont want to pay for my PT services I hope this video will motivate even one person to get off their b***y and take charge of making a positive change in their life

Probably worth pointing out that while a lot of the content I put on this page is based around kickboxing, that's not the only type of training I provide, and it is quite an acquired skill that needs specific training ( www.etk.co.nz is a great place to start)
I tailor my training to your needs and abilities, and I love to involve a bit of basic boxing as its proven to be a great tool for fitness and weight loss, and punching something (normally pads or if you're lucky sometimes me) can be a great stress reliever!!!
I can't stress enough that I tailor to your needs but more importantly YOUR ABILITY. I'm not going to make you do something you aren't capable of, but at the same time I'll sure as hell push you to get the best results possible!!!

Getting back amongst it with the sparring helping out some of our guys having their first fight next week
So it's been over a year since I've posted here. I had moved onto another industry but had still been training friends etc on the side. Got to a point where I lost motivation to train and train other people and I went from 77kg to 98kg.
Anyway I'm back training again and I've dropped down to 93kg after two weeks training, I'll put up before pics when I've got a good after pic for contrast haha.
Get to the point Benji!!! I'm looking to potentially get in the ring again before the end of the year, in the meantime I'm feeling motivated to train and looking for people to train. Either in person or give online advice to.
The first person to direct message me will get a free home workout plan that I will tailor to your needs, anyone else that messages before the end of the weekend will get a special rate, but you have to message to find out what that is. Pls feel free to share this around, I'm gonna be posting things I do, little diet tips, body part of the week etc etc, basically trying to motivate other people to make that change as well
Only 2 brave enough to turn up for the circuit today, we did a round of alternating between kicks and upper body exercises. Don't worry we worked the core plenty as well lol
