Wow what a proud moment to see these guys on the winners podium of the Shade Systems COC Mens Fours yesterday. Played with so much heart and passion, for uniform you wore, looked stunning on the green, everyone at NLBC are so proud of you all🎊🏆🏅🍾 Nicky and Sokolich up front did an exceptional job thats what makes a winning four. Well done to you all. Its a first for 3 of the team members more to come, for Davey this gave him his 5th and GOLD STAR⭐️🌟 uncle will be so proud as too all of us.

Thanks to Shade Systems, Bowls Auckland, Royal Oak Bowls and all the supporters. Freda, Bella and for the food at the club to go with their celebrative win.

Congratultions also to Kim Lapslie although shes in Royal Oak colours, we celebrate her and her teams victory as a member of NLBC.

All the best tomorrow Davey Motu, Jason Buchan, Nicky Thìrd and Mike Sokolich, into the semi-final of the Shade Systems COC Mens Fours, with scores all tied going into the last end, it was Howick holding game, until Davey killed the end to force a replay, Daveys lead Sokolich drew a front toucher, Howick attempted to remove the bowl, it wasnt to be,NLBC came out winners. I think my honey was the birdie on their shoulders.
Well done also to our ladies, you did the club proid regardless of the out come.
