Last Wednesday we were incredibly lucky to have Yvette McCausland-Dury lead a defensive workshop for our Rifles coaches and Colts junior netball team 🙌

It was an amazing opportunity for our coaches to learn from a world-class coach, gaining valuable insights and knowledge. It was also a fantastic learning experience for our Colts players to be coached by Yvette herself ✨

A huge thank you to Yvette for giving up your time and sharing your expertise with our Rifles community. We absolutely loved the opportunity 💙
