Joyful and nourishing year to you and welcome to a year of weekly classes, weekend events and teacher trainings at Contemporary Yoga. We are 11 years young and continue to provide a sanctuary for deep practice and community in the heart of Remuera. We welcome experienced teacher Baldev Kaur (Justina) offering a new Thursday morning Kundalini class and welcome back Martina and Vicki offering a deeply studied and cultivated approach to Shadow and Ashtanga practice. Weekend events include Yin Bliss with Karin, Sound Baths with Tonia, Restorative, a return of Dance + Rest gatherings and some new co-lab mornings with O-Studio. Feel welcome to be in touch about any of our offerings and we look forward to welcoming you.

Our monthly tonic of dance + rest is happening this coming Sunday afternoon 4 - 5.30pm. We will explore a theme, dance to 4-5 tracks then nestle into restorative practice followed by a cup of tea and treats.
