Gratitude practice 🧘‍♀️🙏

Every morning, upon waking up, try not to look at your phone. Don’t check your emails, your Facebook or Instagram accounts. Try to do a short 10-minute stretch on your mat or in your bed. After that, think of 3 things you are grateful for. By starting your day with practicing gratitude, your morning energy shifts to the positive aspects in your life. Try this practice daily and witness the incredible shift in your attitudes.
