Let's pull another Kali Oracle...
INVOCATION RITUAL
Say the following prayer:
Tara, Samsaratarini, she who leads us beyond suffering, may your love, wisdom and grace manifest fully and completely through my heart for the spiritual benefit of all beings. I offer
up all my concerns to you now, with complete confidence in your swiftness, practicality, resourcefulness and creative healing genius. With an open and trusting heart, I invite you to manifest as you wish within me and in my life. Jai Ma Tare!
Jai Ma!
Place your hands in prayer before your heart. You are now going to form the lotus mudra in front of your heart. You do this by keeping the base of your palms, your thumbs and little fingers touching, while you fan out the rest of your fingers, creating a bowl or lotus shape. Imagine the lotus or bowl being filled with divine nectar pouring in from Tara's heart.
Repeat the following short mantra:
Om Tare Soham
(Sounds like, OHM TAR-RAY SO HUM)
Feel Tara's presence expanding and growing within your heart as you do so, shining in all directions and all dimensions for the spiritual benefit of all being.
When you are ready, place your hands in prayer and bow your head.
You have completed your healing.
Let's check out the Kali Oracle by Alana Fairchild.
INVOCATION RITUAL
Say the following prayer of invocation aloud:
Beloved Kali Ma, Yugashakti, creatrix and birth mother of every cycle of time, from the birth and death of world ages and
universes, to the chapters that open and close in my life.
Your wild grace opens my heart, and as your child in need, I implore you to bless me, keep me close, and ensure all transitions are
secured within your wisdom and grace.
For the spiritual benefit of all, Jai Ma Kali!

Kali Mudra - Spiritual purification
Strap in folks because Kali is epic!!!
The fifth chakra, Vishuddha, which means "purification," is located at the level of the throat. This energy center is represented by a lotus with sixteen sky-blue petals arranged around a lustrous full moon.
A drop of nectar, called
amrita, the "nectar of immortality," hangs from the top of the moon.
The main theme of this energy center is spiritual purification, the release of the limiting beliefs that keep us from experiencing the freedom of our true being.
Vishuddha chakra is related to the space element and its qualities of
vastness, expansiveness and subtlety. These qualities support the process of purification in which limiting beliefs can be seen and released.
Throug this process of release, we gradually align our thoughts, feelings and words and deeds with our authentic being, allowing us to communicate with clarity and integrity.
This alignment is supported by the integration of all of the fifth chakra's essential qualities, including spiritual commitment, self-study, nonattachment, discernment, inner silence and limitlessness.
Kali is the "goddess of purification," who supports us in removing the limiting
beliefs that keep us from aligning with our true being.
She wields a sword and holds a human head as a symbol of attachment to the ego, which must be
Severed in order to attain spiritual freedom.
Kali mudra directs breath, awareness and energy to the throat area, the seat of Vishuddha chakra, supporing the process of spiritual purification.
This gesture facilitates the release of muscular tension from the neck, creating a space of openness in which limiting beliefs can be seen, explored and released more easily.
This mudra increases circulation to the area of the thyroid gland, activating metabolism which provides the energy for overcoming obstacles along our journey.

Monday Mudra ๐คฒ Pala mudra - for anxiety relief
Fear and worry are natural responses to life challenges, but when they become chronic, impairing our ability to live and work, they are classified as
anxiety disorders.
Anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, panic disorder, social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Generalized anxiety
disorder affects over six milion Americans, with women twice as likely to
be affected.
Individuals with GAD experience chronic excessive worry and
feelings of apprehension that disrupt social activities and can interfere with
work, school or family.
Physical symptoms include restlessness, insomnia irritability, muscular tension, fatigue, gastrointestinal discomfort, heart palpitations and difficulty concentrating.
Pala is a "monk's begging bowl" used in the practice of receiving alms called bhiksha.
Cultivating non-attachment is a main facet of this practice; the monks receive only that which is freely given, without expectation and with a sense of tranquility, trusting that the universe always provides for their needs.
Pala mudra instills this same sense of trust and tranquility. It slows the breath, directing awareness and energy into the abdomen, whose steady rise and fall relaxes the body while calming the mind and emotions.
The cupped shape of the hands in this gesture, together with the abdominal breathing, instills a sense of entering a sanctuary where we can rest in complete tranquility, This gesture also supports us in reconnecting with our inhnerent wholeness, which gradually decreases our level of worry and anxiety.
The calming effects of Pala mudra support the health of the reproductive
eliminatory and digestive systems.

Your back hurts. So why am I working on your feet? ๐ฟ
Because the body is not a collection of separate parts. It is one continuous, interconnected web, and the site of your pain is almost never where the problem started.
Meet fascia. The tissue that changes everything.
Our latest Yogi Notes breaks down the myofascial lines that run through your entire body, and exactly why a tight calf can give you sciatica, rounded shoulders can cause neck pain, and working one side of your body can release the other.
There is always a method to my madness ๐๐๐ฑ
