Kia ora team! I’m Luke, one of your friendly Fitness Consultants at Allfit Constellation. I’m stoked to be part of such an awesome team!
I’ve been involved in high-performance sport since my teens, playing 1st XV rugby and competing nationally in athletics, Those experiences taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and exactly what it takes to push the body to its peak.
Currently, I’m channeling that energy into my journey to become a Personal Trainer.
I’m passionate about sports science, nutrition, and helping people get the best out of their body and mind. Come say hi and have a yarn when you see me around - I’m here to help!
