We are back at Takapuna from THIS Saturday for our first squad session in the ocean. There will be no squads running at Next Gen on Saturdays through summer.
A few reminders from Carl 👇🏾
- Be ready to get in the water at 8am.
- It pays to get there a little early to get a park and to put your wetsuit on, etc
- If you are new and a little nervous you are welcome to bring your fins.
We meet in the car park next to the changing/toilet block which is next to the playground on Takapuna's main beach. This is off The Strand.
See you all there on Saturday!
