Weekend Surf Report!

Beautiful conditions again this weekend!

High tide is in the morning on Saturday so 8am - midday looks best for beginners.

Sunday has less swell so should be really nice for beginner and intermediate surfers.
Come before midday for safest conditions.

Weekend Surf Report!🌊🌴

Beautiful offshore conditions this weekend will mean great waves both days.

High tide is mid afternoon so aim to surf from midday onwards!

We’ve just got some new tees in (see design in slide 2) so stop in and grab one🙌🏽

Weekend Surf Report!🌊

Beautiful looking conditions this weekend with offshore winds, a medium size swe (1.4-1.6m) and sun!
We’ll be open both days if you’re going to rent a board.

High tide is mid morning (9ish Saturday and 10ish Sunday) so the morning will be best for all levels.

See you in the waves🤙🏼☺️🌊

Weekend Surf Report!🌊🤙🏼

Saturday has light onshore winds and a small tide so it should be best for learning from 11am - 5pm. Expect nice gentle whitewater with a little bit of current.

Advanced beginner and intermediate surfers will have the most luck around high tide. Surf from 1pm - 3pm.

Sunday we will be shut with strong onshore winds and a big swell ❌😭❌

Weekend Surf Report!🌊🙌🏽

I’ll make this short and sweet!

It’s looking awesome for surfing this weekend, the key to getting waves will be coming in the morning on the higher tide.
Low tide has been super sketchy for beginner surfers with a big rip making it almost too dangerous.

Surf from first light until 2pm and you’ll score!😍🙌🏽

Maybe the sun setting earlier isn’t a bad thing!

Shout out to .ssb and for sharing their photos! It’s always epic to see what you guys get up to when you rent our gear!😍

Weekend Surf Report🌊🙌🏽

Saturday 25th April

Swell - 1.1m -1.3m
Wind - 5 - 8knts South East
High Tide - 4.55pm
Low Tide - 10.48am

Saturday looks fun with the small swell and offshore winds, the mid tide coming in will likely be the best for beginner and advanced beginner surfers.

Beginners - 1pm onwards will be really fun with nice beginner white water. 3pm - 6pm will be best if you can wait until the arvo.
Look Out!! Low tide will have stronger current heading north.

Advanced Beginners - Easy! 2pm onwards should be really fun!
Look Out!! Skip the low tide in the morning.

Intermediates - It’s small enough that there will be fun waves all day!
Look Out!! Keep an eye out for the current.

Sunday 26th April

Swell - 1.5m
Wind - 5knts North East turning South
High Tide - 6pm
Low Tide - 11.54am

Sunday is light offshore in the morning with the wind turning south and picking up in the arvo. The high tide in the evening means that the afternoon will still be the best option for most levels. There will also be fun waves really early.

Beginners - 2pm onwards will be really fun with nice beginner white water. 3pm - 6pm will be best if you can wait until the arvo. If you don’t need to rent equipment it could be a really nice morning for a dawny! 6am - 10am will be fun.
Look Out!! Low tide will have stronger current heading north.

Advanced Beginners - Either go early (6am - 9am) or wait for the incoming tide (3pm - dark).
Look Out!! Skip the low tide.

Intermediates - Don’t be lazy, get up early and score some fun ones!
Look Out!! N/A

Monday 27th April

Swell - 1.6 - 2.2m
Wind - 12 - 20knts South West
High Tide - 7 .01pm
Low Tide - 12.54pm

Monday isn’t looking very good for waves so if you can make it work on Saturday or Sunday, that’s a much better option. The waves will still be safe for learning on the mid to high tide though.

Beginners - I’d be looking to sneak the paddle in before it gets too windy (8am - 11am)
Look Out!! Skip the low tide.

Advanced Beginners - Go early if you have too, 7am - 9am will be best.
Look Out!! Skip the low tide.

Intermediates - Surf on Saturday and Sunday.
Look Out!! N/A

Weekend Surf Report🌊☺️

With the end of daylight savings our weekend surf report will just be on our social media (not on our website).

Saturday 11th April

Swell - 1.4-1.2m
Wind - Offshore, 15-25knts Easterly
High Tide - 4.38pm
Low Tide - 10.24am

Beginners - Really small tides this weekend so Saturday will be good all day for beginners as long as the winds not too strong. My pick is midday onwards.

Advanced Beginners - It should be nice on incoming tide from about 1pm onwards. The offshore wind will make it really clean.

Sunday 12th April - Closed due to unsafe weather and surf

What a fun Easter Weekend! Hopefully you got some fun waves like Marty on slide 2🌊🙌🏽
