3 machines to start with if you’re new to lifting.

Starting out can feel overwhelming – but it doesn’t have to.
Here are 3 machines that are beginner-friendly and build a strong foundation.
Leg Press is a safe machine to use when building your lower body. It requires a lower skill level than a squat but is still an effective workout to build muscle.
Wide Grip Lat-Pull Down can be just as effective as a pull-up.. But less daunting for when you are starting out. It will assist you in building up your strength to feel confident to perform a Pull-Up.
Machine Bench Press. Training by yourself for the first time but still want to push the weight? Using a machine Bench Press allows you to push your strength goals during an upper body workout without having to ask for someone to spot you.
