Hmmmm...

Ever watched 'The Chase'? And thought, "I can take him, these questions are easy!" Well, here is your chance to go head to head with a quiz expert! We're pleased to announce that Shaun will be appearing at several BION events across New Zealand over the next couple of weeks, talking quiz stuff, doing a Q@A session, and signing copies of his new book, 'Chasing the Dream', which he will have for sale at each venue. But wait, there's more... everyone who attends will have the option of going into the draw to go head to head live on stage against one of the world's biggest quiz brains... Do you think you have what it takes to beat him? We will give a few of you a shot at the title at each venue... only one way to find out right - so ring the venue and reserve your free tickets now!

Hitting up the empire this week...

Any followers keen?

Here at BION we've been developing a new product for the past few months which has involved some prodding and poking, tweaking and twisting and chopping and changing - much of what you'd expect when you break from tradition and try something new! Whilst we've done several tests on in-house audiences, we now want to try it live in a pub setting...and we need your help! In the second week of January, feel free to pop along to The Rose Irish Pub in Napier on Monday January 8, Horse and Trap - Mt Edens Bar & Function Venue, or The Good Home (Bosun's Bar) on Wednesday January 10, Danger Danger Wellington on Thursday January 11, and Morrison's Irish Pub in Queenstown on January 11. All you need to know is that is an event designed for couples or pairs as opposed to teams, and it's a bit of fun where chance and skill collide.... Hope to see you then!
