NEW ZEALAND FIJI FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION

We feel very embarrassed to raise this publicly, We just finished NZ IDC2022 here with New Fiji Football Association (NZFFA) in Centre Park

On the 3rd day of tournament after finishing our Game with NZ Nadi, as we were walking back to changing rooms, out of the blue NZ lautoka’s registered player under the presence of his manager came and threw punches at one of our player

Being a serious matter we raised this with NZFFA under the misconduct of a player, we were told the DC committee will investigate and come back to us.

Till now nothing has been done from the DC Committee, the Lautoka player was free to play semi final neither he nor the team was fined, not even suspended, there was not a single action taken from NZFFA and DC Committee even though our player filed a police case, NZFFA did not take any action, maybe they no against violence at all

When approached today to speak to DC Committee, a NZFFA executive have said they cannot reveal who the DC committee members are.
If we look back 2018 BOG there decision of one of our player’s misconduct was done within 3 hours

So why so much unfairness to us when we raise a issue, why so much favouritism to NZ Lautoka, is Khadim the part of DC

To be honest NZFFA is becoming a joke, a corrupted organisation, the executive are becoming puppets of a money lender. We all pay tournament fees affiliation fees to play, therefore all we request is equality, fair and prompt decisions
Guess what NZFFA is not even registered anymore and they still asking us to pay affiliation fees

We have emailed the executives so many times calling for meeting to resolve one of our ongoing issue. Guess what nobody bothered to respond and its been 2 years, association is formed to bind all the teams together and to represent them.But here they you get VIP treatment if you loaded with money

Everyone in NZFFA from the top to the DC needs to grow some balls and man up and take some responsibilities. I hope after reading this they’ll grow some balls and call up meetings to rectify this issue

If the association is run like this, i have no interest in participating under New Zealand Fiji Football Association anymore .

I didn’t feel like writing this publicly but nothing was happening within the association
