Renovo Construction have over the past few years, while fulfilling our commitments to our commercial clients, been undertaking various residential works for our clients and friends. We as a group have decided we would like to stay within this market and therefore are offering our services to the general public for any renovation works that you may have. We are able to undertake all residential construction works including exterior landscaping and retaining, concrete and tile works, pool installations and exterior canopy installs.

We have over 50 carpenters currently employed fulltime therefore we believe have the capacity to begin work on new projects sooner than most. We have a long standing working relationship with a full complement of trades to ensure that we can undertake and successfully complete your project to your satisfaction.

We are Master Builders, Certified Builders and LBP registered to ensure compliance is met throughout while working under either of the association build contracts to allow peace of mind that the works will be completed as agreed.

We are long standing Site Safe members to ensure a safe working environment for all.

We are able to provide full quantity takeoffs for budget and funding purposes.

We are based within the Auckland City region but are more than happy to undertake works outside of Auckland should the need arise.

What a privilege it has been to restore an Auckland icon. Depending on your age, you may know it as the Penny Farthing building, or for you young ones, Bike Barn. We've been hard at work bringing back all the beautiful features of this iconic shop. Exposed brick, lead-light, stained glass, native timber flooring......Nearly at the finish line but here's a few shots of the work in progress
