Arms Blast in under 10 minutes. Short, targeted, and it will have your arms working from the very first move.
This is the class our members keep coming back to. Find it in the app ink in bio. š¤
Pilates Ball Crunch. Hereās how to do it properly. š¤
Youāll find this exercise in so many of our challenging classes. Here are my top tips to get the most out of it every time.
(Not suitable for pre or postnatal)
š¤ Ball position: right to the base of your shoulder blades. You want enough range of movement as you lean back over the ball, and enough instability to create a challenge without rolling everywhere.
š¤ Spine position: this is everything. Getting this right is what actually activates your deep core muscles.
š¤ Breathing: always exhale and engage your deep core as you crunch up. The breath is what helps to engage the muscles.
We have so many core workouts in the app and the Pilates ball is our favourite prop to get them firing. Link in bio. š„
