The Small Group Training 12 week strength block is one week down! What a great week of laying down muscle!
I saw this quote today; "What is difficult is scarce, what is scarce is valuable." Thought it was so true! Getting fit, strong, healthy, working through injuries and obstacles is hard and difficult at times, but the results are so worth it!
