It was really fun to have 7 time world champion in our gym sharing her techniques and philosophies with our students and guests from gyms around the city.

We worked on interesting approaches to angle changes, poisoning and creative setups, and then had a great conversation with Tiffany who had valuable insights to share with everyone about gym culture, lifestyle diet and self discipline.

Charlie had a great back and forth competitive fight tonight, coming away with a split decision loss. I thought he narrowly won but you know what they say, never leave it to the judges.
