We had a good time at Team Hardcore Thai Boxing drilling kickboxing forwards pressure tonight.

If your opponent is shelling up, or constantly retreating, you can waste your energy working in straight lines, crowding yourself and punching yourself out on their guard.

You’re also at a higher risk of walking into a shot from them.
Maintaining good distance and getting off the centre line allows you to keep the pressure on, and attack from angles. Why try and through when you can yo around?

Thank you Ethan Shepp for an amazing night at Kneesoffury 100! It was an honor to be on such a stacked card.

We couldn’t be happier with Kyrie KC, coming away with a second round TKO.He is now on a 9 fight win streak, winning the last four (maybe five) by KO or stoppage. Thank you Charlie Birch for a great test, you’re a tough young man! Thank you the team at Resolve, it was good to deal with you.

Team Hardcore started in about 2008, and we’ve had many students come in and out of training with us over nearly 20 years.

It’s really awesome to hear from our old students, and last week we got two cool updates.

Our man tobyjosef has been training at Manasak Muay Thai and fought in Chang Mai, coming away with a TKO win! Congratulations Toby, we’re so proud of you!

Our bro Jesse Daniels moved to Christchurch to live with his family, and he has just had a boxing fight coming away with a win. Great job bro, you always had great hands!
