Tuesday 7:30 AM – Mat Pilates
Perfect for beginners! Build your core strength and learn the basics, or work around injuries.
Wednesday 7:30 AM – Barre
This class is for those at a basic to intermediate level. It's a great class for boosting core strength, especially if you’re already active or have some Pilates experience.
Thursday 7:30 AM – Mat Pilates
Intermediate to advanced level. Push your core strength to the next level with more advanced moves!

The SOUND HEALING:
The quartz crystal sound bowls bring us into a deeply meditative state. By moving us into the alpha-theta brainwave state, our parasympathetic nervous system is activated, and our body can start to restore and repair.
The PILATES:
Experience invigorating mat Pilates for enhanced flow, strength, and positivity. Fluid movements with breath integration improved vitality and flexibility. Explore precision and alignment in our Align & Strengthen Pilates. Develop strong foundation, improve posture, and enhance body awareness.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a cup of tea and to settle in before we begin.
Yoga mats provided, you are also welcome to bring your own.
Please bring a drink bottle and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We suggest extra layers for the sound healing including a blanket and pillow if you would like.
