Quite fitting, as the rain returned monday, the fences came down.

A massive thanks to our grounds men, coaches and Howick Premier Mens Team for the big push on a Monday night to clear the fences for the season. All your help is appreciated, we love the support!

Also thank you to everyone who pitched in for a successful finals day for the ASA, hosted by us at The Meadows!

We still have prizegiving this Saturday with our batons up to close out the night.

Men's Open Club National Championship Day 1 Update for Howick!

❌ Game 3: Roosters beat Howick 10–0

STREAMING SUPPORT:
SNZ are seeking volunteers from clubs or supporters who may be willing to assist with streaming support on Diamonds 8, 9 and 10 such as providing commentary alongside a static camera stream OR assisting with simple scoreboard updates during games. While we appreciate there will be an expectation for coverage across all diamonds, additional volunteer support will be key to making this possible, given the limited on-ground staffing. If you or someone from your club is able to assist in any capacity, please get in touch.

We will not tolerate abuse in any form, including through our live streams or on social media. Please ensure your players, supporters and club members are aware of this expectation and understand that streaming coverage may at times be limited, or only a static camera.

Congratulations to our Howick players who were recognised following the Auckland NFS Finals Day! 👏🥎

A huge shoutout to Harrison Wildbore and Traye Wildbore for their outstanding performances throughout the season. Harrison was named Most Stolen Bases (7) in the Premier Men’s competition, selected as Catcher in the Premier Men Series Team, and also celebrated a major milestone of 101 Premier games played.

Traye was honoured with the Nathan Nukunuku Award and selected in the Premier Men Series Team (Utility), a fantastic achievement and well deserved recognition.

We’re also proud to see Jordan Tahana named in the Premier Men Series Team (Utility), making it three Howick players recognised in this year’s team.

Congratulations to all players selected in the NFS Series Teams and to everyone involved in another great NFS season.
