Jussi has been an outstanding player for our club, but his contribution goes far beyond what happens on the field. For the past two years, he has been an exceptional captain, leader and… coach 😂 — always putting in the mahi, supporting his teammates and leading by example.

Forty games is a huge milestone and one that reflects the commitment, passion and dedication Jussi has shown to our team and club.

Round 1 of the Provincial Union Cup done with a win to the St John’s Waikato XV over the Pukekohe 1st XV

The game was physical and enduring, but the boys came away with the win 27- 19, and a whole lot of potatoes.

Congratulations to our 1st XV Boys Rugby team on winning the 2026 Counties Manukau Secondary Schools (CMSS) Plate Final!

In a fiercely contested match at Pukekohe High School, the team showed incredible resilience to edge out Rosehill College 1st XV with a final score of 22–21. This victory reflects the hard work, discipline, and dedication the squad has shown throughout the season.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the coaches, managers, volunteers, and local sponsors who make school sport possible.

It’s all come down to this! The CMRFU Secondary School Boys Finals hit the field this Saturday, August 1st! 🏉🔥

Most of the finals action kicks off at Pukekohe High School, before we head over to Navigation Homes Stadium for the Boys 1st XV Final—the ultimate curtain raiser to the Steelers vs. Taranaki match!
