Hi everyone out there...I haven't posted anything in a while but we're well under way with classes aiming at keeping fit, staying connected with friends, making new friends, and just enjoying good easy listening music. It's so important just to keep moving!

Fitness classes still going through the holidays! Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Wgp Scout Den, 9.30am....and Saturdays at the Orewa College Gym. We're going to start a bit before 9am (8.55am) so we can finish before the volleyball crowd arrive. Come along and give it a go. Great singalong music. Just take it at your own pace.
