Hi everyone out there...I haven't posted anything in a while but we're well under way with classes aiming at keeping fit, staying connected with friends, making new friends, and just enjoying good easy listening music. It's so important just to keep moving!
If you're wanting to stay active, come and try a free class and see if it suits you.

Fitness classes still going through the holidays! Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Wgp Scout Den, 9.30am....and Saturdays at the Orewa College Gym. We're going to start a bit before 9am (8.55am) so we can finish before the volleyball crowd arrive. Come along and give it a go. Great singalong music. Just take it at your own pace. Autumn...perfect time to exercise! Not too hot now and a great chance to get a regular routine going to get you through those winter months. Wednesday night, ANZAC Day, is still on so come along to the Orewa College gym at 7pm 😊
