PERFORMANCE BLOCK 1: THE SQUAT
We’re excited to launch the first block of our new Performance System on Monday 8th June, designed to help you train with purpose and track meaningful progress.
Our first focus? The squat.
One of the most effective exercises for building strength, increasing muscle, boosting calorie burn, improving performance, and making everyday movement easier.
Throughout this block, we’ll be tracking your progress and measuring your strength against recognised global standards, giving you a clear benchmark and a goal to work towards.

Sculpt: Full Body
A full-body sculpt workout designed to tone, lengthen, and strengthen without heavy joint stress.
Expect challenging reps, controlled tempo, and intentional movement using a combination of resistance and cardio intervals.
This class blends strength and low-impact cardio to elevate your heart rate, improve muscular endurance, and create that athletic sculpted feel from head to toe.
