In doing so efficiently he needs to LOAD THE KINETIC CHAIN. this happens when they Use their in a RYTHMIC pattern to create ECCENTRIC CONTRACTION followed with EXPLOSIVE REACTIVE FORCE followed with a RELAXED Phase of LOADING again.
This whole process of LOADING TO UNLOAD is ONE of the key elements of LOADED MOVEMENT TRAINING with ViPR
whilst we train for sports to increase the JUMP HEIGHTS, SPEED and POWER we also need to focus on RYTHMIC LOADING and UNLOADING patterns of SPORTS.
