Unity MMA takes on Westlake 🔥

The team is back where it all began!!

We’ve been lucky enough to create an after school program for our old High school and teach the boys a thing or two of what goes on at Unity!!

Last week the team had the pleasure of running another successful session at Vanguard!

For the second year in a row Vanguard invited the Unity coaches to take a session for around 160 kids!

As you can see in the video it was awesome! Thanks to the team at Vanguard for allowing us to show our trade and teach the youth a thing or two. Was a epic session and we can’t wait to be back 🔥🔥
