👉 Love Tennis 2026 will be on 13th September and run from 10AM-2PM!

💬 Love Tennis is New Zealand's nationwide free open day, where clubs across the country open their doors to the public.

This annual event offers free coaching, giveaways, BBQs, and exclusive on-the-day membership discounts for all ages and skill levels!

🏆 BBRC Club Championships 2026 Finals 🎾

This Sunday and next Sunday, BBRC will host the finals of the Club Championships 2026 across multiple divisions!

Come and enjoy an exciting lineup of matches featuring:

🎾 Men’s & Women’s Doubles Finals
🎾 Mixed Doubles Finals
🎾 Junior Boys’ & Girls’ Singles Finals

Our players have worked incredibly hard throughout the tournament, and the finals promise to deliver some fantastic tennis and great club spirit. The bar will be open on both afternoons, so come along to watch the club's top seniors and juniors in action.

In late 2025, Browns Bay Racquets Club received a $3500 grant which we used towards tennis balls for our club coaching, interclub, club champs and social competitions.

Organisations like NZCT, play a vital role in keeping our club thriving and creating opportunities for players of all ages and abilities to enjoy tennis 🎾

Big news from the Auckland Junior Championships!
In the 10U Boys’ Doubles event, Tony Xu delivered an outstanding performance to claim the championship title, showing great composure and teamwork throughout the tournament.

Meanwhile, Lucas Gouws fought hard and earned an impressive runner-up finish, demonstrating excellent skill and determination on court.

👏 Huge congratulations to both players on their fantastic achievements—proud moment and well deserved! Keep shining! 🎾🔥

What a fantastic result at the 2026 Tennis Northern Tier 3 Autumn Junior Championships! Our young players truly shined on court 🌟

🥈 Lucas Zhou & Tony Xu showed great teamwork in the 10U Boys’ Doubles, fighting their way to the final and finishing as runners-up.

🥈 Tony Xu also impressed in the 10U Boys’ Singles, reaching the final and securing another runner-up finish.

🏆 Oliver He stood out with an incredible performance to win the 10U Boys’ Singles Championship!

🎾 Squash Stars is coming to Browns Bay Racquets Club! 🎾

Does your child want to learn a new sport, make friends, and have a blast?

BBRC Squash Stars — a Squash NZ initiative — is kicking off this April!

📅 Starting Thursday 30 April through to Thursday 18 June 2026

🕒 Session times:

5–8 years: 3:45pm – 4:15pm
9–12 years: 4:15pm – 5:00pm

💰 Fees:

5–8 years: $7.50/session or $60 for the full 8-week programme
9–12 years: $10/session or $80 for the full 8-week programme

👟 What do they need?
Just indoor, non-marking shoes and comfortable sports gear. No experience and no racquet required, we've got them covered!

Led by Sion Wiggin and our BBRC assistant coaches, kids will learn the basics of squash, have the chance to play games, develop their skills, and most importantly, have loads of fun with kids their own age!
