It's Saturday morning, so I thought I'd drop a little progress shot. I've been dieting for 15 weeks now, starting out at a weekly average of 84.2kg, and currently sitting at 79.2kg average. 5 kgs down in 15 weeks may seem slow, but it's been very, very intentional. Losing body fat at 300 grams per week means I am not losing muscle (actually adding some due to increased focus when training), and I'm able to stay pretty much hunger free. I'm using many of the strategies that I picked up from when he prepped me for the 2021 and 2022 Men's Physique seasons.
I'm looking to get leaner still, then just maintain!
Well, that's my update, just in case anyone cares 🤣🤣🤣

2 pieces of French Toast Sourdough (2 whole eggs) + 70 grams cooked chicken breast

Thanks to my awesome client Christian for the beautiful piece of Yellow Fin Tuna he reeled in recently, doesn't get better than this!
Here's how these came together...
Finally sliced cucumber, red capsicum, radish, red onion plus corn kernels.
Served in baby cos lettuce cups.
Yellow fin tuna marinated in soy sauce and lemon, then placed onto sliced veges in lettuce cups.
Added Japanese roasted sesame seed dressing and kewpie mayo.
Served with cooked white rice.
Delicious

I'm super stoked to receive this yesterday as appreciation for 30 years of wonderful service at .co.nz
The Olympic has been my work home for the last 30 years and will be for many more to come.
A big thanks to all the members and staff who made it along to the celebrations last night. All of us who received long service acknowledgments are humbled.

FULL BODY WORKOUT PLAN...
Hey Team, here's an easy to follow, full-body workout 💥
Aim for 2 - 4 sets and anywhere from 8 - 20 reps per set.
Work hard, aiming for anywhere from 3 reps from failure each set, to maybe hitting failure on the final set of each exercise (maintain QUALITY form throughout every movement)
