We don't need to add more to our practice but to develop the ability to extract more from it. Take the sun salutation - Surya Namaskara sequence for example. Here's one sequence that will grow and evolve with you. Moving beyond physical mechanics to encompass, breath & energy and mental components. Each posture becomes an archetypal force to tap, a mudra to embody.
There is simply no way to get bored or tired of this sequence as you explore its depth.

Are you considering joining the upcoming Yogic Lifestyle 5 day immersion. Hear from the previous graduates, some were completely new but eager to expand their yogic knowledge and experience and others had decades of experience like Gaylene here but wanted better cohesion in how to bring it further into everyday life.

Yoga was never intended to remain confined to the mat. 🌱

Its purpose is to enhance the quality of our everyday lives and gently reshapes us into becoming more positive, creative and happy.

The Yogic Lifestyle Immersion this August is an invitation back to the roots of Yoga, not as performance or perfection, but as a grounded and intelligent pathway towards greater balance, steadiness, clarity, and connection.

This immersion is designed to support real life.

Build a personal practice that can meet you in the shifting seasons & tides of life.

Together we explore simple yet profound yogic tools that help create lasting change from the inside out, through practice, rhythm, philosophy, conscious living, mantra, reflection and community.

Over the years, one of the most meaningful aspects of these immersions has been witnessing the connections formed between people walking a shared path. The support, inspiration, accountability, and friendships often continue long after the immersion itself has ended.

If you feel called to deepen your understanding, reconnect with yourself, or establish a more sustainable and embodied relationship to practice, we would love to welcome you.

For many people, practice begins as something we attend once or twice a week.

But over time, something deeper starts calling.

A desire for:

greater balance
nervous system steadiness

self-understanding

deeper purpose and connection

This is where Yoga begins shifting from practice… into sadhana… into lifestyle.

The upcoming Pure Yoga Yogic Lifestyle Training Immersion has been created to support exactly this transition. 🪷 When Yoga Begins Asking For Something Deeper 🪷 - https://mailchi.mp/pureyoga/yogic-lifestyle-transformation-11044181

There comes a point in many women’s lives where pushing harder no longer works.

The body asks for rest.
The mind asks for space.
The heart asks to be heard more clearly….

Yet so many women move through these changing seasons feeling depleted, disconnected, overwhelmed or unsure how to support themselves.
Our Bali retreat is an invitation to do something different. 🌿

Through practices like Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breath-work, meditation and embodied education, we explore simple yet powerful tools that help women:
• regulate the nervous system
• replenish energy
• navigate emotional shifts
• reconnect to themselves with greater clarity, purpose and softness
Not just while on retreat, but in the rhythms of daily life when it’s really needed.

Because true wellbeing isn’t about escaping life…
It’s about learning how to meet it differently.
If something in you has been quietly drawn to Bali, perhaps this is your invitation to lean a little closer. ✨

Whether life feels expansive or contracted… clear or uncertain…
This becomes a practice you can rely on. A practice that evolves with you

Rather than something you try once and leave behind, this is about building a relationship, with your breath, your mantra, your awareness. Check out the info on the upcoming Mala Making Day.... So much of modern yoga stops at the surface.
A sequence. A stretchy flow. A fancy playlist…

But traditionally, asana was only ever the beginning.
Real transformation happens through depth and consistency & working not only with the body, but with the breath, the mind, the nervous system and the subtle layers of our being.

This is where yoga becomes less about “doing a class” and more about cultivating steadiness in the way we live, respond and relate to the world around us.

A grounded practice isn’t built in intensity spikes or occasional inspiration. It’s built through repetition, awareness and returning again and again to the practices that bring us back to ourselves.

The deeper the roots, the steadier the tree. 🌿

Join a community of steady practitioners in our upcoming series & experience the depth of a complete system.

You are most welcome 🙏
