Every Thursday night our avid students gather together and train the wooden long pole and eight-cutting knife/butterfly blade. Weaponry in Wing Chun is an extension of our arms; we can apply weaponry forms and foundation skills into our empty hand to add to the list of moves we can do in a spar. Lots of fun every night!

This dinner concludes our busy 2018 year for our instructors. So grateful to have these fine people at our school as instructors and friends of Sifu Bruce.
