Meet Tash. Mum of three. Eight weeks in.

Rotational strength might be the most underrated thing you’re not training 👀
Picking something up off the floor. Reaching across the car. Carrying groceries. Lifting your kids.
Every single one of those movements asks your core to rotate under load.
Most training ignores this completely. And that’s why people get hurt doing ordinary things.
Our Combat Strength session uses cables and barbells to rebuild exactly this - functional rotational strength that protects your body in real life, not just in the gym.
