Meet Tash. Mum of three. Eight weeks in.

She came in wanting to lose weight - and she’s done that, down 7kg. But the part that got us was this: somewhere along the way, her goal completely changed.

It stopped being about the number on the scale. It became about being strong enough, fit enough, energetic enough to keep up with her kids.

That shift is everything. That’s the whole point.

We’re proud of you Tash! This is just the beginning 🖤

Meet Stella. She moved cities. Tried gym after gym. Nothing stuck.

Then she got a phone call while she was in the Cook Islands - and something clicked.

“This sounds like the place I left in Wellington. The vibe. The kaupapa. Let’s give it a go.”

She signed up at the worst possible time. Travelling constantly for work. Every reason not to start.

6kg down. And she’s just getting started.

If you’ve been looking for your place - flick us a DM and let’s see if we’re a fit.

Your reminder that inconsistent ≠ lazy ‼️

Most people who struggle to stay consistent aren’t lazy…

They’re just trying to do it alone.

Alone with their motivation.
Alone with their discipline.
Alone with the voice that says you’ve failed at this before.

And when that gets hard - which it always does - there’s nothing to hold you in.

So you stop. And you absorb it as a character flaw.

Here’s the reframe:

✨ Consistency was never meant to be a solo sport ✨

People who succeed at fitness often aren’t more determined than the people who quit. They just stopped trying to create willpower from nothing and put themselves in a room where showing up is normal.

The environment did half the work.

That’s not a cheat code - that’s just how humans actually work. Now, go get shoulder-to-shoulder with people who show up.

See you in the studio soon ❤️‍🔥
