✅ First session in China!  
 
After a big day of overeating, I definitely felt like I needed to shovel the food somewhere so decided to hit a late night session. Decided to opt for a post training packaged chicken breast 😂 as I felt I needed some food post training but had already ate way too much that day 😅 
 
Changed my split to Upper Lower (Well actually Torso Limb) becuase I know realistically I won't really get to the gym 5 days a week. Goal is to be able to cover as much as I can each time I do go.

Gym has a quite a few Newtech pieces so was nice to finally try their kit! Mostly opted for the M Torture line but gym has a few pieces from the "Advance" line too. Overall the kit feels good but I don't think I'd rank it above Prime or Atlantis but I'll use a few times first before making that call 😂

(A) 3 x Abs - Nice easy cable crunch here to match my usual movement 
 
(B) 3 x Lateral Raise - Newtech Lateral Raise. The gym had both the elbow supported or this. I opted for this one to keep things similar to my usual movement. I'll probably use the elbow supported next time to try it. This actually felt good because there's a spot you can jam your hand into while you hold the handle. Makes it so you essentially don't really need to use straps for this movement when weight gets heavy which is cool. 
 
(C) 3 x Chest Press - Newtech piece again, this felt decent. Resistance profile does appear to drop off a bit into the shortened position which is nice. The only thing is I maxed this out the first time using it and got 11 reps? Lol I'm by no means that strong of a presser so this would definitely be an issue for a lot of people  
 
(D) 3 x High Row - Newtech High Row here. Seen a few people use this and most opt to use this bilaterally with the pole so I had to give it a go. Also saves me time too which is important lol. This felt pretty nice and stable actually but I didn't like the fully supinated hand position.
