The Callaway Jaws Raw Wedge is designed to rust... and there's actually a reason behind it.

Callaway tested raw vs chrome wedges and found that in dry conditions the performance was pretty similar. But once water got involved, the difference was massive.

Chrome wedges lost around 50% of their spin on wet shots
Raw wedges only lost around 25%

They also found chrome wedges launched 6-8 degrees higher in wet conditions, while raw faces only increased by 2-3 degrees
