Weight: 105kg 💪 — and climbing back up.
After a stressful couple of months, I’m finally seeing the scale move in the right direction again — and this time, it's a good thing.

For anyone who’s been through high-stress periods, you’ll know the toll it takes on your body. When stress is constant, cortisol (the stress hormone) stays elevated. This can lead to:

Muscle breakdown

Increased fat storage (especially around the midsection)

Poor sleep and recovery

Suppressed appetite or binge cravings

Plateaued or even decreased weight despite training hard

Even as a coach, I’m not immune to these effects — but I’m proof that with the right mindset, routine, and support, you can bounce back.

Progress isn’t just about weight gain or loss. It’s about resilience, consistency, and learning how your body responds to life’s challenges.

Now I’m back on track, body is responding, and the comeback is underway. Let’s keep building. 🧠🔥

THE "PUMP"

Arginine, ornithine, and citrulline are amino acids often used in pre-workout supplements to enhance "the pump" during exercise. Here's how they work:

1. Arginine

Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide (NO), a molecule that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

Better blood flow means more oxygen and nutrients are delivered to your muscles, creating that full, pumped feeling during workouts.

2. Citrulline

Citrulline is converted into arginine in the body, increasing nitric oxide production even more efficiently than taking arginine alone.

It also helps remove ammonia, reducing fatigue and allowing you to train harder and longer.

3. Ornithine

Ornithine supports the urea cycle, helping remove waste products like ammonia that build up during intense exercise.

This reduces muscle fatigue, keeping you going for longer and contributing to a more intense pump.

The result? A synergistic effect where these amino acids boost blood flow, enhance endurance, and amplify the pump.
